半夏泻心汤加减治疗唇风的疗效分析

Efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on exfoliative inflammation of lips

目的:观察唇风患者采取半夏泻心汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院门诊2015年1月-2016年12月纳入的60例唇风患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组各30例,观察组采取半夏泻心汤,对照组采取常规西药,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显较对照组的83.33%高(P<0.05),但复发率10.00%较对照组的23.33%低;治疗前两组症状积分无明显差别(P>0.05),治疗后发现观察组疼痛、瘙痒以及干燥症状积分均较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唇风患者采取半夏泻心汤加减治疗效果显著,即可缩短病程又避免复发,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Banxia Xiexin decoction（ 半夏泻心汤） on exfoliative inflammation of lips. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each. The observation group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction. The control group was given conventional western medicine. Treatment effects in two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group, and significantly higher than 83.33% in the control group（P〈 0.05）. The recurrence rate was 10.00% in the observation group, and lower than 23.33% in the control group. There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment（P〉 0.05）. After treatment, the symptom scores of pain, pruritus and dryness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Banxia Xiexin decoction showed a significant effect, can shorten the course and avoid recurrence, and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
