牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎临床疗效评价

Treating periodontitis by periodontal tissue regeneration plus orthodontics

目的:探析牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸疗法联合用于牙周炎治疗的价值。方法:于2015年1月-2017年6月在我院口腔门诊就诊的牙周炎患者中选出86例,根据治疗方法的不同分组,对照组患者给予牙周组织再生术疗法,观察组患者在此基础上配合固定矫治的正畸治疗,对比两组患者的菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度等指标。结果:观察组患者治疗3个月的GI、PLI、PPD明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05;在CAL上两组之间差异不明显,P>0.05;治疗1年后,观察组患者在对患牙的咀嚼功能、美观度、牙龈健康状况、口腔清洁能力以及整体满意度评分上均显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎疗效确切,有助于促进患者牙周健康状况改善,提高生活质量。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of periodontal tissue regeneration plus orthodontics on periodontitis. Methods： From January 2015 to June 2017, 86 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given periodontal tissue regeneration therapy; and the observation group was given orthodontics more. Plaque index, probing depth and other indicators in two groups were compared. Results： In 3 months, GI, PLI and PPD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. In the observation group, chewability, aesthetics, gum health, oral cleansing ability and overall satisfaction score of offending teeth were significantly higher, P〈 0.05. Conclusion： Periodontal tissue regeneration plus orthodontics on periodontitis shows a good effect, improve periodontal health and quality of life.
