探究喜炎平联合阿昔洛韦治疗手足口病的疗效观察

Observation on treating hand-foot-mouth disease with Xiyanping plus acyclovir

目的:探究阿昔洛韦与喜炎平联合治疗应用于手足口病的疗效。方法:选取本院2016年4月-2017年4月94例手足口病患儿的临床资料,分为两组。对照组47例给予阿昔洛韦治疗,实验组47例加入喜炎平联合治疗,分析两组治疗期间临床症状和治疗效果相关情况。结果:实验组各项体征趋于正常的时间均短于对照组的恢复时间(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的70.21%(33/47)(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平联合阿昔洛韦治疗手足口病能显著改善患儿体征,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective： To investigate the effects of acyclovir plus Xiyanping（喜炎平） on hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： 94 children were selected and divided into two groups, 47 cases in each. The control group was given Acyclovir; the experimental group was treated with Xiyanping more. Results： The time of recovery of various signs in the experimental group was shorter than the control group（P〈 0.05）. The total efficiency in the experimental group was 95.74%（45/47）, and higher than 70.21%（33/47） in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Xiyanping plus acyclovir can significantly improve the symptoms, shows clinical value.
