口腔癌术后中医药治疗探索

Exploration on treating with TCM medicine after resection of oral cancer

口腔癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤,与口咽癌一起,位列全身恶性肿瘤的第6位。目前对于口腔癌的治疗仍然强调以手术为主并结合放疗、化疗的三连序列治疗。近年来发现,中医药治疗通过与多种治疗手段配合,对口腔癌的预后有重要的作用。我院名老中医李元聪教授多年来运用中医药辨证治疗口腔癌积累了丰富的临床经验,尤其对于口腔癌患者术后的中药治疗有独到的见解。

Oral cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the head and neck. It is the sixth most common malignant tumor with oropharyngeal cancer. At present, treating oral cancer still emphases on the surgical, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In recent years, TCM medicine and a variety of therapeutic measures played an important role in prognosis of oral cancer. Professor Li Yuancong, a veteran practioner of TCM in our hospital, applied TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in treating oral cancer for many years and accumulated a wealth of clinical experience, and has unique insights for the treatment after oral cancer surgery.
