摘要
因我院感染性疾病科连续出现6例输液反应患儿,所以我院根据此次事件,总结分析事件出现原因,包括环境和人员问题,并依据相关原因进行整改,以期减少相应事件。
Because of 6 children with infusion reaction in our hospital, the causes of the incident, including environmental and personnel issues were summarized, and rectification based on relevant reasons were given, in order to reduce the corresponding events.
