敖仑花铜钼矿采剥进度计划编制实践

Practice of Working out the Striping Schedule Production Plan in Aolunhua Copper Molybdenum Mine

敖仑花铜矿为生产矿山,年铜矿石生产能力231万t,由于矿山剥离工程滞后,致使生产能力逐年下降。通过该生产矿山的改造设计实践,论述了生产矿山改造设计、采剥进度计划编制过程及应注意的问题,以保障矿山持续安全稳定生产。生产矿山编制采剥进度计划一是考虑矿山现状,搞清矿山存在的实际问题;二是通过科学提前的进度计划编制,解决矿山存在的问题,最大化实现矿山的经济效益。

Aolunhua copper for the production of copper ore mine,annual production capacity of 2 million 310 thousand T.Due to the lag of the mine stripping project,the production capacity is declining year by year.Based on the transformation design practice of the production mine,this paper discusses the transformation design of production and mining,the compilation process of the mining and stripping schedule plan and the problems that should be paid attention to,so as to ensure the mine＇｜s continuous safety and stable production.The production and mine plan for mining and stripping is planned.First,we consider the current situation of the mine and clarify the actual problems of the mine.The two is to solve the problems of the mine through the scientific advance schedule,and maximize the economic benefits of the mine.
