摘要
采矿工程施工工作危险系数高,安全控制难度大,极易出现人员伤亡事故,所以要从技术角度实施安全监管,尽可能消减施工中的不安全技术因素。本文主要从采矿井巷类项目、采矿作业面施工和采矿爆破作业3方面探讨了它们其中所蕴含的诸多不安全技术因素及相应解决措施。
The risk factor of mining engineering construction is high, the safety control is difficult, and the casualty accident is easy to appear. Therefore, it is necessary to implement safety supervision from the technical point of view and reduce the unsafe technical factors in the construction as much as possible. This paper mainly discusses the unsafe technical factors and corresponding measures in the 3 aspects of mining and roadway projects, mining operation surface construction and mining blasting operation.
