摘要
氧化铝厂常常配有热电站,为铝厂提供生产所需要的蒸汽和电力。如果合理配置,热电站可以实现与电网解列运行,单独给铝厂供电,即孤网运行方式,从而为企业带来更大的效益和灵活性。本文提出了孤网运行的技术要求和存在的风险分析,并从中得到了明确的结论,为孤网运行提供了可靠的技术保障和应急措施,也为海外氧化铝厂的供电运行方式提供了借鉴。
Alumina plants are often equipped with thermal power stations to provide steam and power needed for the production of aluminum plants. If it is properly configured, the thermal power station can operate with the power grid disassembly and supply the aluminum plant alone, that is, the operation mode of the isolated network, which will bring more benefit and flexibility for the enterprise. This paper puts forward the technical requirements and the existing risk analysis of the isolated network operation, and obtains a clear conclusion from it. It provides reliable technical support and emergency measures for the operation of the isolated network. It also provides reference for the power supply operation mode of the overseas aluminum oxide plant.
