Safety technology and testing analysis of metal structure for port crane

由于使用周期长,港口起重机的金属结构部分受到环境、操作以及选型等因素影响存在不同程度失效现象,导致起重机械故障或存在安全隐患。本次研究对港口起重机械金属结构的安全监测技术以及常见安全问题的检测检验分析加以阐述,旨在为港口起重机械的运转安全保护提供指导思路。

Because of the long period of use, the metal structure part of the port crane is affected by various factors such as environment, operation and selection, which leads to the failure of lifting machinery or the hidden danger of safety. This study describes the safety monitoring technology of the port lifting machinery metal structure and the inspection and analysis of common safety problems, aiming at providing guidance for the operation safety protection of port crane.
