“加减乘除”思维在矿产资源规划中的应用

随着资源浪费的现象越来越多,我国的矿产资源数量也越来越少,随之带来的是社会生态发展的不平衡。所以,"加减乘除"思维在矿产资源的利用过程中就显得尤为重要。结合矿产资源利用过程中出现的问题以及时代背景这两个方面,分析了"加""减""乘""除"四个层次的内涵以及相关措施进行了浅论。加法,主要是加强各个部门对矿产资源利用过程中的监管;减法,主要是减少矿产资源的过度开采;乘法,是指提高矿产资源的利用率,提高矿产资源的综合价值;除法,主要指在矿产资源利用的过程中,各个部分要严格划分工作。

With the increasing number of resources waste, the number of mineral resources in China is also less and less. Therefore, the thought of ＂addition, subtraction, multiplication and division＂ is particularly important in the utilization of mineral resources. Based on the two aspects of the problems in the utilization of mineral resources and the background of the times, this paper analyzes the connotation of the four levels of ＂adding＂, ＂reducing＂, ＂multiplying＂ and ＂removing＂, as well as the related measures. Addition, mainly to strengthen the supervision of various departments in the use of mineral resources; subtraction, mainly to reduce the overexploitation of mineral resources; multiplication, means to improve the utilization of mineral resources and improve the comprehensive value of mineral resources; in the process of the use of mineral resources, the main point is to strictly divide the work.
