新型自动便携式大型户外遮阳伞的设计

摘要 本产品是在传统的大型户外遮阳伞的结构基础上,将其现有的手动支撑遮阳伞技术与自动伸缩伞的自动伸缩原理相结合,开发设计出有别于传统的户外遮阳伞的固定方式。使用玻璃吸盘对较平整地面进行固定,使用多型号钉盘对沙滩、草地等各种复杂地形进行固定,克服了传统遮阳伞使用大型重物固定的缺点,再结合PLC对固定机构进行控制,实现便携式大型户外遮阳伞的固定全自动。此外,本产品还加入了太阳能光伏技术,在伞箱下侧装配上了三个基于太阳能充电技术的LED灯和USB充电接口,使户外遮阳伞还可以成为夜用的家庭娱乐辅助用品,适合于家庭户外聚餐、公司派对等场合。本产品的各项参数均经过严格的强度校核及检验,是功能强大且可靠的商业——娱乐两用产品。 This product is a large outdoor sunshade structure based on the traditional principle of its existing automatic telescopic sun- shade technology support manual and automatic telescopic umbrella combination design of a fixed way- different from the traditional outdoor sunshade. It uses glass sucker to fix onto fiat ground and uses nmltiple types of nail plate to fix into the beach, grass and other complex ter- rain to overcome the shorleoming of fixed sunshade use of large weight. It is combined with PLC to control the fixing meehanisnl to realize an automatic fixing. In addition, the solar photovoltaie technology is also employed, three in the lower umbrella box assembly. A solar charging technology based on USB and LED lamp charging interface, the outdoor sunshade can also become the home entertainment accessories at night, suitable for outdoor fanfily dinners, company parties and other occasions. The parameters of the products were examined carefully so that the umbrella is a powerful and reliable commercial dual-use entertainment the product.
