河南省地方高校人力资源开发与区域经济协同发展研究

Research on Coordinated Development of Human Resource Development and Regional Economy of Local Colleges and Universities in Henan Province

地方高校是区域高层次人才的主要聚集地和高素质应用型人才的培养阵地,充分发挥地方高校人力资源优势,服务区域社会经济发展,是地方高校办学的责任和义务。本文以地方高校人力资源开发与区域社会经济协同发展的视角,对地方高校人力资源开发进行了探索研究,围绕政府政策制定、地方高校管理机制和内涵质量建设方面提出了促进地方高校人力资源开发的对策建议。

Local colleges and universities are the main gathering place for high-level regional talents and training grounds for high-quality applied talents. Giving full play to human resources advantages of local universities and colleges to serve the regional social and economic development is the responsibility and obligation of local universities and colleges. In this paper,from the perspective of coordinated development of human resource development and regional economy of local colleges and universities, the authors explored and researched the development of human resources in local colleges and universities, and proposed the countermeasures of promoting human resources development in local colleges and universities based on formulation of government policies, management mechanism of local colleges and universities and construction of connotation of quality.
