Research on Transformation Development of Local Colleges and Universities Based on Collaborative Innovation and Innovation-driven Strategy

提出协同创新是加快地方高校转型发展的有效举措,结合政府创新驱动发展的战略需求,应将协同创新驱动发展理念融入地方高校转型发展研究当中,构建以政府、高校、科研院所和企业等多元主体协同发展的创新机制,提高应用型、创新型人才培养质量和科技创新能力,推动地方高校的转型发展。

In this paper, the author pointed out that collaborative innovation is an effective measure to speed up the transformation development of local colleges and universities. Combining with the strategic needs of government＇s driven-innovation,the idea of collaborative innovation and driven development shall be integrated into the research of transformation development of local colleges and universities. Building innovative mechanism of collaborative development of multiple subjects, including government, universities, research institutes and enterprises is very necessary. Improving school-running level and enhancing the quality of applied and innovative talents cultivation and scientific and technological innovation capacity, which can promote transformation development of local colleges and universities.
