江苏大学东风步行街发展现状及对策研究

Research on Development Status and Countermeasures of Dongfeng Pedestrian Street in Jiangsu University

为了解决江苏大学东风步行街部分商铺与学生消费群体的矛盾,多方进行协调管理。笔者在对江苏大学东风步行街实地调查的基础上,对其店铺的经营现状、问题进行归纳分析,从商铺结构、卫生监管等角度对东风步行街的发展提出初步建议,打造一个适合高校师生的多功能综合商业街。

In order to solve contradiction between partial shops of Dongfeng pedestrian street and students consumer group,coordinated management is indispensable. In this paper, based on field investigation of pedestrian street, the authors concluded and analyzed present management situation and existing problems of shops. Then, from prospective of shops structure and health supervision, the authors put forward preliminary advises for development of Dongfeng pedestrian street in order to create multifunctional and comprehensive business street suited to college teachers and students.
