临沂市“十三五”期间土地利用总体规划调整研究

Brief Discussion on General Planning and Adjustment of Linyi City in 13th Five-year Period

本文基于对国家"十三五"总体规划及相关土地利用政策和要求理解基础上,对临沂市土地利用总体规划调整面临的土地利用形势进行阐述,并对土地调整的发展战略和区域土地调整后的结构和布局进行分析探讨。旨在为临沂市土地合理开发利用提供相关理论参考。

Reasonable land use general planning plays a crucial role in the healthy and sustainable development of city economy and society. In this paper, based on the understanding of general planning of the national ＂13 th Five-Year Plan＂ and policies and requirements of relevant land use, the authors elaborated land use situation of adjustment of land use general planning in Linyi city, and analyzed and discussed development strategies of land readjustment and structure and layout after regional land adjustment in order to provide relevant theoretical references for rational land utilization in Linyi City.
