融合AERONET与MODIS AOD数据的大气污染监测研究 被引量:1

摘要 以我国京津冀地区为例,旨在解决实时AOD缺失下的大气污染监测问题,并为相关部门提供高时间分辨率的大气污染分布图。在获取京津冀地区典型年份的MODIS气溶胶光学厚度(AOD)卫星观测数据后,通过经验贝叶斯克里金插值方法得到京津冀地区空间全覆盖数据,分析京津冀地区全球自动观测网(AERONET)3个站点的AOD实时观测数据的变化规律,在空间分异不大的情况下,综合3个站点的AOD变化规律,得到京津冀地区空间全覆盖的实时AOD数据并制图。研究结果表明,京津冀地区冬季和春季的空气污染最为严重,夏季污染最低;高污染地区分布在北京城区东南向、天津城区和河北省南部。最后,结合研究结果为实时AOD监测算法改进提供一些合理化建议。 In this paper, taking Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province as examples, the authors aim to solve atmospheric pollution monitoring when real-time AOD is missing and provide atmospheric pollution distribution diagram of high time resolution. After obtaining satellite observation data of MODIS aerosol optical depth of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei area in typical year, the authors obtained whole cover data of space of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei area based on EBK method, and analyzed change rule of AOD real-time observation data of three global AERONET. Then, in the premise of small space differentiation,the authors obtained real-time AOD whole cover data of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei area, and made the relevant drawing combining AOD change rule of three stations. The research shows that air pollution of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in winter and spring is the most serious, and those in summer is the most minimum; high pollution area distribute in southeast direction of Beijing urban area, Tianjin urban area and south area of Hebei province. In the end, based on research results, the authors provided reasonable suggestions for improving algorithm of AOD monitoring.
