机动化背景下高校交通安全问题研究——以江苏大学为例

Research on Transportation Safety of Universities under Background of Motorized Traffic——Taking Jiangsu University as Example

随着高校校园交通机动化的程度越来越高以及车流量、人流量的不断增加,校园交通安全问题日益严峻。本文以江苏大学为例,通过实地观察和问卷调查,从道路的设计情况、交通设施的建设情况、停车区域的管理情况和相关规章制度的执行情况4个方面分析江苏大学的校园交通现状,结合高校交通安全管理发展需要,为保证校园交通的安全顺畅和优化校园交通安全管理措施提出合理的改进措施。

With mechanization level of university campuses is becoming increasingly higher and traffic flow and human flow are becoming more and more increasing, the problem of campus traffic safety has become increasingly severe. In this paper,taking Jiangsu University as an example, through field observation and questionnaire, the authors analyzed traffic situation of Jiangsu University from four aspects, including road design, construction of means of transportation, management of parking areas and implementation of relevant rules and regulations. Then, combining developmental needs of traffic safety management in colleges and universities, the authors put forward reasonable improvement measures in order to ensure smooth and safety of campus transportation and optimize traffic safety management measures.
