基于铁路安全管理的需求,围绕视频监控系统的工作原理、组成、特点及车载端设备在接触网检修作业车上的应用,阐述了视频监控系统的应用对事故预防、事故分析以及监督司机作业都将起到促进作用,可有效地找出事故发生原因,提高管理效率和司机工作的安全性,在铁路行业具有广阔的应用前景。

In this paper, based on requirements of railway safety management, according to principles, compositions, function characteristics of video surveillance system and applications of vehicle-mounted equipment on overhaul of overhead lines, the authors expounded the application of the video surveillance system will play a major role in promoting accident prevention,accident analysis and supervision of the driver＇s operation, which may effectively find reasons of accident, improve efficiency of management and safety of the driver, it also has a broad application prospects in railway industry.
