基于就业能力导向的高职院校人才培养模式研究——以建设项目信息化管理专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 建设项目信息化管理专业是一门基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的新兴专业,人们常将它简称为"BIM专业"。为满足社会对BIM专业人才的需求,本文结合调研结果分析了BIM专业的就业能力和就业岗位需求,提出了基于就业能力为导向的"三元制"BIM专业人才培养模式,并提出相应的保障措施,为高职院校其他专业的人才培养提供了新思路。 Informatization management major of construction project is a emerging major based on BIM. The people usually call it as "BIM major" for short. In this paper, in order to meet the requirements of professionals of BIM major, the author analyzed employability and requirements of employment post combining results of investigation. Then, the author put forward talent cultivation modes of BIM major of "ternary system" based on employability guiding and corresponding safeguard measures, which provided new thoughts for talent cultivation of other majors in colleges and universities.
