迷宫压缩机高速轴系优化设计分析

摘要 以某6列式压缩机的曲轴轴系为研究对象,使用Pro/E三维软件分别建立优化前后曲轴轴系模型,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对曲轴轴系进行静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,研究优化轴系结构对曲轴扭转振动的影响,为高速轴系结构改进和新型高转速压缩机的设计研发提供参考. This paper takes six columns compressor crankshaft system as the research object.The crankshaft system models before and after optimization are established using Pro/E and using ANSYS Workbench for static analysis,modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.The influence of optimization of shafting structure on the vibration can be obtained by the comparison of the result,and it also provides a theoretical guidance for the optimization of shafting structure through the above analysis and provides reference for the design and development of a new type of high speed compressor.
