装配类小微的流水线价值流分析与精益改善研究

Research on the Value Stream Mapping and Lean Improvement for Small and Micro Assembly Enterprises

在"企业集团小微化"背景下,针对装配类小微的生产现状,构建融合DMAIC(Define,Measure,Analysis,Improve,Control)过程的价值流分析模型(DMAICVSM),并在建立价值流成熟度模型的基础上,利用BP神经网络进行价值流成熟度评定.以当前价值流成熟度为改进起点,以未来价值流成熟度为改进目标,量化改进空间并规划成熟度进化路线,达成对装配线的持续改进.结合某装配类小微的生产实际,验证了DMAIC-VSM的可行性.

Under the background of ＂group into SMEs（small and micro enterprises）＂,with the production situation of small and micro assembly enterprises,this paper constructs the model of value stream analysis fusion DMAIC process（DMAIC-VSM）on the basis of the value stream maturity model and the value maturity assessment is done based on BP neural network.Continuous improvement of the assembly line will start from the maturity of current value stream,target at the maturity of future value stream,and plans the maturity evolution route.The feasibility of the DMAIC-VSM model is verified by combining the production conditions of small and micro assembly plant.
