老年人对“医养结合”养老模式需求的影响因素研究——以乌鲁木齐市为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of the Elderly's Demand for the Pension Mode of “Medical-Nursing Combination”: Take Urumqi as an Example

目的了解影响乌鲁木齐市老年人对医养结合养老模式需求的因素。方法随机抽取乌鲁木齐市300名老年人进行问卷调查。结果单因素分析表明退休月收入、生活自理能力、慢性病种类、对医养结合养老模式的了解程度以及家人的支持度与老年人医养结合需求率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),二项Logistic回归分析表明生活自理能力、慢性病种类、对医养结合养老模式的了解程度以及家人的支持度因素有统计学意义。结论转变传统单一的养老观念;完善医养结合养老服务体系,满足各层次老年人需求;建立长期护理保险制度;健全养老服务人员培养机制。

Objective： To understand the influencing factors of the elderly＇s demand for the pension mode of medical-nursing combination in Urumqi. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 elderly people randomly selected in Urumqi. Results： Univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference between retirement monthly income,life self-care ability,type of chronic disease,the degree of understanding on the pension mode of medical-nursing combination,family support and the demand rate of the elderly for the pension mode of medical-nursing combination（ P〈0. 05）. Two Logistic regression analysis showed that life self-care ability,types of chronic diseases,the degree of understanding on the pension mode of medical-nursing combination,and family support factors were statistically significant. Conclusion： It should change the traditional concept of single pension mode,improve the medical-nursing combination service system to meet the needs of all levels of the elderly,establish a long-term care insurance system,and improve the training mechanism of the elderly.
