摘要
首先从理论依据、实际所需和岗位胜任等方面阐述了健康人文提出的背景;在此基础上,从健康人文的概念、知识、技能等方面提出构建健康人文内涵,并从彰显职业性、凸显全程性和注重一体化等方面论述了健康人文的特点;最后指出,基于健康人文职业性的特点,建议围绕健康人文的内容,选择构建双模块课程体系、校内外实践平台搭建和专兼职师资队伍建设等路径来提升健康服务领域从业人员人文素质。
This paper firstly expounded the background that health humanities proposed from the aspects of the theoretical basis,the practical needs and the post competence. On this basis,this paper put forward to construct the connotation of health humanities from the concept,knowledge,skills and other aspects of health humanities,and expounded the characteristics of health humanities from the aspects of showing professionalism,giving prominence to the whole process and paying attention to integration. Finally,based on the characteristics of health humanistic professionalism,it is suggested that it should revolve around the content of healthy humanities,choose the construction of a dual module curriculum system,the construction of practical platforms within and outside the school and the construction of a part-time teacher team to improve the humanistic quality of the employees in the health service field.
