CT与磁共振成像在卵巢癌临床诊断中的价值

The clinical diagnostic value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging in ovarian cancer

目的探讨CT及磁共振成像(MRI)在卵巢癌中的临床诊断价值。方法选择2014年9月至2017年7月我院收治的28例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,对其CT、MRI资料进行回顾性分析。以病理检查结果为金标准,对比分析两种诊断方式的诊断符合率。结果 28例经术后病理检查确诊卵巢癌患者,术前经CT检查确诊率低于MRI检查(79%和96%,P=0.043);MRI定性诊断符合率高于CT诊断符合率(89%和68%,P=0.035);术前CT检查示Ⅰ期准确率67%;Ⅱ期准确率67%;Ⅲ期准确率为78%;Ⅳ期准确率为90%。术前MRI诊断Ⅰ期准确率100%;Ⅱ期准确率83%;Ⅲ期准确率100%;Ⅳ期准确率为100%。MRI的临床分期符合率高于CT检查。结论 MRI检查对卵巢癌的定位、定性及分期诊断价值高于CT,临床诊断价值更高。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）in ovarian cancer. Methods Twenty-eight patients with ovarian cancer were included in this study in our hospital from September 2014 to July 2017,CT and MRI were analyzed retrospectively. The result of pathological examination was served as golden standard,the results was compared between two diagnostic methods. Results Twenty-eight cases of ovarian cancer were confirmed by postoperative pathology,and the diagnosis rate of CT was significantly lower than that of MRI（79% vs 96%,P=0.043）. The coincidence rate of MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis（89% vs 68%,P=0.035）. The accuracy rate of preoperative CT examination in phageⅠwas 67%;The accuracy rate of phage Ⅱ was 67%;The accuracy rate of phage Ⅲwas 78%;The accuracy rate of phage Ⅳ was 90%. The accuracy rate of preoperative MRI examination in phage Ⅰ was 100%;The accuracy rate of phage Ⅱ was 83%;The accuracy rate of phage Ⅲwas 100%;The accuracy rate of phage Ⅳ was 100%. The following table showed that the clinical staging rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT. Conclusion The diagnostic value of MRI is significantly higher than that of CT and clinical diagnosis.
