声波吹灰器在锅炉吹灰中的应用研究

Application of Sonic Soot Blower in Boiler Blowing

处理锅炉积灰和结渣主要应用吹灰器,吹灰器种类较多,目前应用比较广泛的有声波吹灰器、水力吹灰器、蒸汽吹灰器、燃气脉冲吹灰器等。声波吹灰器在运行时产生低频的高强度声波,通过声波振荡的作用,使管道表面的灰粉细颗粒难以沉积,并且使积灰剥落,实现清除积灰的目的。声波吹灰器的动力源是高压蒸汽,或者压缩空气,在电机组的料仓、烟道、再热器、省煤器等设备的清灰处理中应用较多。本次研究主要探讨声波吹灰器在锅炉吹灰中的应用。

The main application of soot blower and slagging treatment boiler soot blowers,soot blowers,there are many kinds of widely used sonic soot blowers,water soot blowers,steam soot blowers,gas pulse soot blowers and so on. The sonic soot blower generates low-frequency high-intensity sound waves during operation. By the action of the sonic waves,the fine ash powder particles on the pipe surface are difficult to deposit,and the ash deposits are peeled off,so that the purpose of removing accumulated dust is achieved. The power source of the sonic soot blower is high-pressure steam,or compressed air,and is widely used in the ash handling of the silos,flue pipes,reheaters,and economizers of the electric machine group. This study mainly discusses the application of sonic soot blower in boiler soot blowing.
