摘要 研究了铝酸盐水泥(AC)对建筑石膏工作性能、力学性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,铝酸盐水泥加入到石膏材料中,降低了标准稠度需水量和浆体黏度,提高了力学性能(抗压强度、抗折强度),增大了密度和耐水性能。SEM分析表明,铝酸盐水泥的加入降低了孔隙率,使晶体网络结构更加紧密,提高了硬化体的体积密度、力学性能和软化系数。 The effects of aluminate cement(AC) on the mechanical properties, work performance and water resistance of gypsum-based composite materials were investigated. The results showed that, the increase of AC reduced the standard consistency water demand and the slurry viscosity, improved the mechanical properties(compressive strength, flexural strength), and increased bulk density and water resistance. SEM analysis showed that the usage of aluminate cement decreased the porosity and made crystal overlapped more closely, which led to the increase of bulk density, mechanical properties and soften coefficient, and the decrease of water absorption and slurry viscosity.
