摘要
通过化学分析、XRD分析、粒度分析对张掖煤系高岭土性质进行研究。利用φ25 mm和φ10 mm旋流器组串联对该高岭土进行提纯,通过改变入料质量分数和入料压力,确定旋流器组提纯的工艺参数。提纯后得到的溢流产品产率为65.57%,SiO_2与Al_2O_3摩尔比为2.25,接近高岭石理论硅铝比,提纯效果较明显。
The coal kaolin have been studied with chemical analysis, XRD and granular analysis, which was purified by φ25 mm and φ10 mm hydroclone in series. The optimum process parameters of purification were determined through the feeding pressure and concentration. The result shows that recovery of overflow is 65.57% after purification, SiO2 and Al2O3 is 2.25 which is close to theoretical silica to aluminum of kaolin. The purification effect is obvious.
