摘要
以福建某高岭土为研究对象,研究超导磁选对高岭土中含铁矿物的去除效果。结果表明,在磁场强度3.5 T、矿浆流速1.5 cm/s、矿浆质量分数15%、分散剂用量0.3%的条件下,可以获得Fe_2O_3含量为0.70%、去除率为40.57%的精矿产品,其高岭石含量和回收率分别达到了97%和93.4%,可以满足造纸橡塑等领域的应用要求。
The paper researched on the removal of iron minerals in kaolin, which was from Fujian, by superconducting magnetic separation. The result showed that, in the condition of magnetic field intensity of 3.5 T, slurry flow rate of 1.5 cm/s, solid content of slurry of 15%, dispersant dosage of 0.3%, the concentrate products with kaolinite content of 97% and recovery of 93.4% were obtained. The content and removal rate of Fe2O3 were 0.70% and 40.57%, respectively, which meted the application requirements of paper, rubber and other fields.
