摘要
采用改进Hummers法联合超声剥离制备氧化石墨烯(GO),以GO和凹凸棒土(ATP)为前体物、壳聚糖为结合剂制备氧化石墨烯-凹凸棒土功能材料(GO-ATP),用FTIR、TEM、SEM及BET等对制备的材料进行结构表征。结果表明,GO-ATP表面分布有大量的褶皱和空穴,呈现近乎透明的形貌,说明壳聚糖改性凹凸棒的加入能够很好地阻止GO的团聚。对亚甲基蓝(MB)的静态吸附试验表明,GO-ATP能够快速吸附水中的亚甲基蓝,吸附符合二级动力学模型。
In this study, modified Hummers method and ultrasonic stripping method were adopted simultaneously to prepare graphene oxide(GO), which was used with attapulgite(ATP) as precursor and chitosan as binding agent afterwards to produce GO-ATP function material. Then, FTIR, TEM SEM and BET were used to characterize the structure of this function material. The results showed that a mass of drapes and electron holes were distributed on the surface of GO-ATP, and the surface appeared nearly transparent. It revealed that the addition of chitosan modified ATP successfully prevented GO agglomeration. Static adsorption experiments for methylene blue(MB) indicated that, GOATP could adsorb MB rapidly in water, and the adsorption kinetics fitted second-order kinetics model, which was controlled by adsorption rate.
