聚乙烯胺在箱纸板上的生产应用试验

An trial test on application of polyvinylamine in the production of container board

探讨了聚乙烯胺对箱板纸生产的影响。结果表明,聚乙烯胺不仅能提高纸张的耐破指数,而且可以减少系统中阴离子垃圾含量,提高系统清洁度;同时还可以降低聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的用量和面层木浆的配比,起到降低生产成本的作用。

The effects of polyethylenamine applied in container board production was introduced in this paper. The results show that the application of polyethylenamine can not only improve the burst strength of container board, but also reduce the content of anionic trash and make the system clear. Moreover, it is also able to help decrease the overall production costs by reducing the consumption of polyacrylamide（PAM） and wood pulp.
