摘要
耐老化性能是评价温致变色木质材料性能的一项重要指标。本文通过对有机温致变色薄木进行紫外光吸收剂添加改性,采用紫外加速老化的方法,考察紫外光吸收剂的添加对温致变色木材热变色性能、热稳定性能、耐候性能以及表面润湿性能的影响。结果表明,紫外光吸收剂UV-326和UV-531的添加对温致变色木材的热变色区间以及表面润湿性无明显改变。低添加量的UV-326加入对材料的热稳定性无明显影响,但经UV-531改性处理后的温致变色木材在冷热循环处理测试中表现出的稳定性欠佳。在紫外加速老化实验中,UV-326的添加对材料8h内的抗老化性有一定改善,UV-531的添加对材料12h以上的抗老化性能表现较好,加入0.4%UV-531的温致变色木材在经过36h的老化处理后,表面总色差可降低23.76%。
Aging resistance is an important index to evaluate the performance of thermochromic wood materials. In this paper, UV absorber was added to modify the organic thermochromic thin wood, with UY accelerated aging method, and the addition of UV light absorbers was investigated for thermochromic properties, thermal stability, weatherability, and surface wettability of the thermochromic wood. The results showed that the addition of UV-326 and UV-531 did not alter the thermal discoloration interval and surface wettability of the thermochromic wood. The addition of UY-326 with low addition amount had no obvious effect on the thermal stability of the material, but the thermochromic wood treated with UV-531 showed poor stability in the cold-heat cycle test. In the ultraviolet accelerated aging text, the addition of UV-326 improved the aging resistance of the material in 8h, the addition of UV-531 showed better anti-aging performance for materials above 12h, the total chromatic aberration of UV-531 thermochromic wood surface could be reduced by 23.76%, after adding 0.4% of the aging treatment after 36h.
