丹栀逍遥散出自薛己《内科摘要》,其在《太平惠民和剂局方》之"逍遥散"基础上加丹皮、栀子化裁而成,可养血健脾、疏肝清热,临床广泛应用于不寐、胃痛、郁证等证属肝郁脾虚、血虚而火旺者。笔者应用丹栀逍遥散治疗失眠肝郁化火证疗效显著,现将诊治心得浅述如下。
