摘要
本文基于理论分析和文献回顾,对影响区域制造业绿色创新能力的影响因素进行归纳分析,构建区域制造业绿色创新能力评价体系,针对评价体系建立以评价体系指标为节点的复杂网络模型。在此基础上,运用复杂网络节点重要性评价及理想点法的思想确定各指标权重。结合实证数据,运用模糊综合评价法对全国30个区域的制造业绿色创新能力进行评价。结果表明相较中部、西部地区,东部地区的12个区域制造业绿色创新水平较好。合理的人力资源投入、创新的企业组织形态及较高的成果转化能力是区域制造业绿色创新能力的重要影响因素。
Based on literature review and theoretical analysis,the factors that influence the green innovation capability of regional manufacturing industry are analyzed. The evaluation system of green innovation ability of regional manufacturing industry is constructed,and a complex network model with the evaluation system index as the node is established base on the evaluation system. On this basis,the weight of each index is determined by the importance evaluation of complex network nodes and the idea of ideal point method. Combining the empirical data,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green innovation ability of the manufacturing industry in the 30 regions of the country. The results show that the green innovation level of the 12 regions in eastern China is better than that in the central and western regions. And reasonable human resource input,innovative enterprise organization form and high achievement transformation ability are the important factors affecting the green innovation ability of regional manufacturing industry.
