经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰段压缩骨折临床效果

Effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures

目的探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰段压缩骨折的临床效果。方法选取自2017年3月至2018年3月收治的患有骨质疏松性胸腰段压缩骨折的患者46例为研究对象,对患者进行经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,比较治疗前后的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、椎体压缩率及Cobb角变化情况。结果治疗后,患者VAS评分、ADL评分均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的Cobb角、椎体压缩率与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰段压缩骨折具有较好的临床效果,能够起到一定的止痛作用,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods A retrospective study was perforated on 46 cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures who were admitted front March 2017 to March 2018. After patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasu, the visual analogue scale（VAS） score, activities of daily living （ADL）score, vertebral compression rate and Cobb angle before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS score and the ADL score were significantly lower than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;there was no statistically significant difference in the Cobb angle and vertebral compression rate of patients before and after treatment（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasU for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures has a good clinical effect, which can play a certain role in relieving pain, alleviating the suffering of patients.
