煤系针状焦煅烧回转窑二次风管优化改造与生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 煅烧回转窑是煤系针状焦生产煅烧工艺段的关键设备,其二次供风的稳定、高效对保证煅后焦的质量和产量具有至关重要的作用。文章对原立式二次风管实施卧式改造,并优化。生产实践表明,卧式风管可显著改善煅烧回转窑使用寿命,稳定生产,提高效率。 Calcination rotary kiln is a key equipment of coal needle coke production calcining process section,the stability and high efficiency of the secondary air supply were very important for the quality and output of calcined coke. The original vertical secondary air horizontal duct was transformed and optimized. Production practice shows that the horizontal duct significantly improve the service life of calcining rotary kiln,stable production,and improve efficiency.
