基于CFD的高炉煤气放散塔主火炬系统仿真分析

摘要 文章采用计算流体动力学模拟(CFD)技术对煤气放散塔主火炬系统进行了仿真分析研究,给出了伴烧火炬数目、高炉煤气放散量和环境温度对放散塔主火炬系统燃烧状态的影响。仿真分析结果可知,主火炬系统的燃烧性能主要由伴烧火炬的数目决定,伴烧火炬数目越多,燃烧性能越好。同时放散量和环境温度对高炉煤气放散塔主火炬系统的燃烧性能影响较小,放散量越小,环境温度越高,火焰燃烧区域的平均温度越高,燃烧性能也越好。 In the paper,the computational fluid dynamics simulation( CFD) technology is used to simulate the main torch system of the gas emission tower. The influence of the number of torch with torch,the amount of blast furnace gas and the ambient temperature on the combustion state of the main torch system of the discharging tower is given. The results of simulation analysis show that the combustion performance of the main torch system is mainly determined by the number of torch burning,and the more the number of torch,the better the combustion performance. At the same time,the emission and environmental temperature have little influence on the combustion performance of the main torch system of the blast furnace gas release tower. The smaller the discharge volume is,the higher the ambient temperature is,the higher the average temperature of the flame burning area is,and the better the combustion performance is.
