一种生物饲料生产设备的研制及其生产方法的研究

Study on the equipment producing biological feed and its production method

为实现益生菌发酵饲料的产业化、规模化生产,本研究结合生产实践研制出一种生物饲料生产设备,该设备包括多功能生产系统、液体发酵系统和烘干系统,其可对物料进行灭菌、降温和接种一体化处理,可连续批量生产益生菌固态发酵饲料,生产效率高,混合均匀度好,发酵料品质稳定,设备的生产能力为5 t/h。

In order to realize the industrialization and scale production of biological fermented feed,this study invented the equipment producing biological feed,which included the multifunctional production system,quality fermented system and drying system.The equipment could realize the integrated treatment of ster-ilization,cooling and inoculation.Biological feed could be continuously produced in batches with high production efficiency,good mixing uniformity,and stable fermentation quality.The production capacity of the equipment was 5 t/h.
