新《标准化法》在饲料行业的践行与思考

Practice and thinking of the new standardization act in the animal feed industry

新《标准化法》已经施行,饲料行业尤其要把握新法中标准体系变化和企业标准自我声明公开制度的全面内涵。结合新法的原则性规定以及在饲料行业的实践,就企业标准自我声明公开的途径、指标内容、正向激励措施以及如何实施有效监督等方面,对下一步新法配套法规的制定,提出了一些思考建议。

The new standardization act has been in effect.The animal feed industry must have a full understanding on the new standard system and associated public notification requirements for the industry. Utiliz-ing the principles defined in the new act and the industry＇s best management practices,this paper provided ideas and recommendations on public notification methods,notification contents,positive enforcement and effective monitoring measures as well as associated regulations for implementation.
