乡村旅游精准扶贫的主要路径

Main Path of Precision Poverty Alleviation by Rural Tourism

阐述了旅游精准扶贫内涵,认为旅游精准扶贫的核心在于实施"精准";旅游精准扶贫的目标在于实现"脱贫";旅游精准扶贫的本质在于推动"造血"。在深入分析乡村旅游精准扶贫优势和制约因素的基础上,提出乡村旅游精准扶贫的主要路径,包括建立多元主体协调机制、实施多模式并举的运作方式、推动多产业融合互动发展、构建多层次的培训体系、推行"五化"乡村旅游整体开发理念等。

In this paper, we firstly elaborate the connotation of tourism precise poverty alleviation, thinking that the core of tourism precise poverty alleviation is targeted implementation, the goal is realization of poverty alleviation and the essence is developing ＂hematopoietie function＂. On the basis of thorough analysis on the advantages and restrictive factors of precise poverty alleviation by rural tourism, the main path of rural tourism precise poverty alleviation were proposed, mainly including： the establishment of multi agent coordination mechanism, the implementation of multi-mode operation, the integrated multi-industry development pattern, the construction of multi-level training system, the promotion of the ＂Five Hua＂ rural tourism overall development concept, etc.
