漳州市产业扶贫发展现状、问题及对策

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures for Industrial Poverty Alleviation in Zhangzhou

产业扶贫是帮助贫困地区农民脱贫的一条科学路径,该文对漳州市产业扶贫的现状及存在的问题进行了详细分析,借鉴云南省寻甸县、山西省长治市及福建省屏南县的产业扶贫经验,提出统筹发展,制定产业扶贫总体规划;大力扶持龙头企业和合作社;加强职业培训,培养新型农民;主推传统优势产业,促进新兴扶贫产业成长;发挥政府核心作用,贯彻落实扶贫政策;加强技术服务,为产业扶贫提供技术支撑的对策思考。

Industrial poverty alleviation is a scientific way to help farmers in poor areas get rid of poverty. In this paper, the current situation and existing problems of the poverty alleviation in Zhangzhou were analyzed in detail. With the experiences of industrial poverty alleviation in Xundian County of Yunnan Province, Changzhi City of Shanxi Province and Pingnan County of Fujian Province for reference, several countermeasures were proposed, which included making general industrial poverty alleviation planning for overall development, energetically supporting leading enterprises and cooperatives, strengthening training of vocational farmers and cultivate new type of farmers, advocating advantageous industries and promoting the emerging industries for poverty alleviation, implementing the poverty alleviation policy by the core role of government, and strengthening technical services to provide technical support for industrial poverty alleviation.
