电针、超声波联合中药综合治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

Clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on 46 cases of hemifacial spasm

目的观察电针、超声波联合中药综合治疗面肌痉挛(HFS)的临床疗效。方法将86例HFS患者随机分为2组。对照组40例予卡马西平片、甲钴胺片治疗;治疗组46例在对照组治疗基础上应用电针、超声波联合中药综合治疗。2组均连续治疗2个月。观察2组治疗前后HFS程度变化,比较2组临床疗效和2组治疗前后生活质量评分变化。结果数据经Ridit分析,治疗组治疗后HFS程度较对照组减轻(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率89.13%,对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后生活质量中生理、心理、社会关系及环境评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),对照组治疗后仅生理、社会关系及环境评分较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组生活质量中生理、心理、社会关系及环境评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论电针、超声波联合中药综合治疗HFS疗效确切,并可减轻患者痉挛程度,改善生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of electroacupuncture and physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on hemifacial spasm.Methods 86 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in control group were treated by carbamazepine tablets and mecobalamin tablets.46 patients in treatment group were treated by electroacupuncture and physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The changes of the degree of posterior tendon before and after treatment were observed.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of quality of life score before and after treatment were compared.Results The data were analyzed by Ridit,and the degree of tendon in treatment group was significantly reduced compared with the control group（P〈 0.05）.The total effective rate was89.13 % in treatment group and 75.00 % in control group.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.The scores of physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores in the treatment group were higher than those before the treatment（P〈 0.05）.The score of the physiological,social and environmental scores in the control group was higher than that of the group before treatment（P〈 0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in physical,psychological,social,and environmental scores between the two groups after treatment（P〈 0.05）.The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Electroacupuncture and physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine are effective in the treatment of hemifacial spasm,which can reduce the degree of spasm and improve the quality of life.
