论社会创新的利益相关者治理模式——从个体属性到网络属性

The Stakeholder Governance Model of Social Innovation:From Individual to Network Attributes

随着中国经济的快速增长，大量的社会问题逐渐凸显，亟需引起高度重视。，社会创新作为政府、社会组织和企业协同解决社会问题，满足社会需求的一种有效实践形式，日益成为一种全球性现象。文章将利益相关者理论引入社会创新研究，基于“利益-权力”个体属性的差异对社会创新的利益相关者进行分类，进一步归纳出社会创新利益相关者网络的属性特征，据此选择有效的网络治理模式以平衡各利益相关者间的利益和权力，推动社会创新。研究认为，当“政府-企业-社会”作为社会创新主体时具有特殊的主体属性，会影响社会创新网络治理模式的选择。

With the rapid growth of China＇s economy, a large number of social problems have gradually emerged which need to be urgently addressed. As an effective and practical form for the government, social organizations and enterprises to solve social prob- lems and meet social needs, social innovation is becoming a global phenomenon. This paper introduces the stakeholders theory, and classifies the stakeholders of social innovation based on the individual attributes of ＂interests and power＂, and further generalizes the characteristics of network attributes of the social innovation network. According to the characteristics of the stakeholder network, this paper suggests that the models of network governance should be adopted to effectively balance the interests and power of stake- holders, and promote social innovation. This paper concludes that responsible for network governance in social innovation, the government, enterprises and society may use their special attributes to effect the selection of network governance models.
