摘要 随着冶金行业高炉大型化的发展,高炉-转炉界面也实现了"一罐到底"的生产工艺,节省了能源、降低了生产成本、延长了铁水罐的使用寿命,但一罐到底的模式存在无法准确控制高炉铁水的出铁量的问题,从而给转炉冶炼过程操作及出钢合金化带来一定难度,另外,如果铁水罐车周转时间过长,容易造成铁水罐大量结铁。这就要求高炉铁水注入铁水罐后,要尽快完成秤量并运输至转炉工序,本文介绍的智能控制定量装车铁水液位计,实现了精准控制铁水量、快速周转的要求。 With the development of large scale blast furnace in metallurgical industry, the production process of “one can to theend” has also been realized in BF converter interface, it saves energy, reduces production costs and prolongs the service life of hot metal cans,However, there is no way to accurately control the tapping quantity of blast furnace molten iron, which will bring difficulty to converteroperation and tapping alloying. In addition, if the turnaround time of hot metal tankers is too long, it is easy to cause large quantities of iron inthe ladle. This requires that after the injection of molten iron into the hot metal tank, the scale should be completed as soon as possible andtransported to the converter process. This paper introduces the intelligent control and quantitative loading level gauge, which realizes theprecise control of iron water volume and quick turnover.
