摘要
为满足在各种工况下加热锅炉进风的热量需求,提出了一种锅炉余热回收开式循环加热进炉风系统,并分析了采用该技术后煤耗和锅炉效率的变化。结果表明:采用该技术可降低机组供电煤耗约3g/(kW·h),使锅炉效率提高约0.1%,具有节能效果。
To heat the boiler inlet air under different working conditions, an open cycle waste heat recovery system was proposed, based on which the changes of coal consumption and boiler efficiency were analyzed. Results show that, by adopting this technology, the coal consumption could be reduced by 3 g/(kW·h) , and the boiler efficiency could be increased by 0.1%, indicating good energy saving effect.
