摘要
为研究SCR脱硝系统的结构布置对喷氨的均匀性和脱硝反应效率的影响,采用Fluent软件模拟了某600 MW燃煤机组脱硝系统,分析了系统内速度场和压力场的分布。结果表明:采用直角弯头和简单的导流板形式会引起显著的流场偏差,导致脱硝系统运行过程中氨逃逸浓度增加,使系统积灰情况加重。
To study the influence of structure and arrangement of an SCR system on the uniformity of ammonia injection and the efficiency of denitrification reaction, the denitration system of a 600 MW coal-fired unit was simulated using Fluent software, while the distributions of its velocity field and pressure field were analyzed. Results show that the use of right angle elbows and simple deflector plates would cause significant flow field deviations, leading to an increase in ammonia slip concentration during operation of the denitrification system, thus aggravating the dust accumulation in the system.
