9E燃气轮机国产励磁调节器系统改造

摘要 介绍了9E燃气轮机发电机励磁调节器国产化技术改造背景,通过分析MICROREC K4.1型调节器的外回路接线、控制策略,以及MICROREC K4.1型调节器与MarkⅥ控制系统通信,研究了相应的国产化技术改造方案,成功使用RCS-9410A型数字励磁调节器替代了MICROREC K4.1型励磁调节器,并完成了新励磁调节器的各项性能试验。结果表明:国产化励磁调节装置结构完善,整体性能符合电力行业及国家标准;改造后提高了机组的稳定性和经济性。 An introduction is presented to the background and reconstruction plan for technological retrofit of an excitation regulator in a 9E gas turbine generator. By analyzing the external circuit wiring and control strategy of MICROREC K4.1 regulator, as well as the communication with Mark Ⅵ control system, and by studying corresponding localization retrofit schemes, the RCS-9410A digital excitation regulator was used instead of the original MICROREC K4.1 regulator, after which, various performance tests were conducted for the new excitation regulator. Results show that the domestic excitation regulator is well constructed, and its overall performance can satisfy the requirements of the power industry and national standards. The retrofit helps to improve the stability and economy of the unit.
