摘要
针对某发电厂1号锅炉B侧一次风机频繁失速问题,依据DL/T 469—2004《电站锅炉风机现场性能试验》,在停炉期间对该一次风机进行流量-全压特性试验和失速曲线测试,并在机组正常运行期间测试一次风机的运行参数,得到实测的风机特性曲线,找出一次风机频繁失速的原因是失速安全系数不满足失速裕度要求。
To solve the problem of frequent stalls existing in the primary air fan on B side of No.1 boiler in a power plant, according to the test standard DL/T469—2004 Fans Performance Testing in Situ for Power Boiler , performance tests were conducted on the primary fan to measure its pressure-flow curve and stall curve during shutdown period, while characteristic curve of the fan was fitted by measuring its operating parameters during normal operation period. The problem of frequent fan stalls was finally found to be caused by the small factor of fan safety that can not satisfy the stall margin requirements of fan.
