摘要
本文配合春肥和壮果肥的施用,用不同浓度的聚-γ-谷氨酸(PGA)对尤力克柠檬进行灌根试验,研究了PGA对柠檬产量和品质的影响。结果表明:经过3种不同浓度(50、100和200mg/L)的PGA灌根处理,柠檬果实单果重均比对照有所提高,分别增加了62.2%、79.5%和28.3%。PGA浓度为50、100mg/L时,果实的可滴定酸含量分别比对照提高了4.3%和2.9%;果色比对照更鲜艳,果实横径和纵径均有所增长。PGA浓度为200mg/L时,果实中的还原糖含量比对照的增加12.77%,增幅达到极显著水平;蛋白质含量比对照增加7.51%,差异达到显著水平。
The experiment was performed in Eureka lemon with fertilizer synergist poly-γ-glutamic acid, toinvestigate the effect of PGA on the fruit production and quality traits. The result indicated that single fruitweight was significantly higher than that of the control after treating with 50mg/L, 100mg/L and 200mg/L ofPGA, the single fruit weight increased at 62.2%, 79.5% and 28.3% respectively and raised the productionhighly. The content of Titratable acid increased 4.3% and 2.9% than that of the control after treating by 50mg/Land 100mg/L PGA. The total reducing sugar content increased at 12.8%, it is significantly higher than that ofthe control after treating of 200mg/L. The protein content increased at 7.51%, it reached the highly significantlylevel. The color is brighter-coloured than that of control after treatment of 50mg/L and 200mg/L of PGA.
