摘要
质谱技术是一种先进的分析技术,主要利用带电粒子质荷比的不同排列所形成的图谱进行定性定量分析,灵敏度高、精确度高,适合复杂成分的分析。近年来,广泛应用在食品农药残留检测方面。文章介绍了质谱技术的作用原理和主要组成部件,总结了检测农残常用的质谱方法,并从溶剂萃取技术、凝胶渗透色谱、固相萃取等几个方面介绍了影响质谱分析的前处理技术。
Mass spectrometry is an advanced analysis technique. It is mainly used for qualitative andquantitative analysis of the different array of charged particles, with high sensitivity and high accuracy. It issuitable for the analysis of complex components. It is widely used in food pesticide residues. This paperintroduces the principle and main components of mass spectrometry technology, and summarizes the commonlymass spectrometry methods for detecting pesticide residues. The pretreatment technology of mass spectrometrywas introduced from solvent extraction technology, gel permeation chromatography and solid phase extraction.
