金乡县辣椒产业现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Pepper Industry in Jinxiang County

辣椒营养丰富,富含VC等多种营养物质。辣椒产业是山东省金乡县继大蒜之后的又一农业支柱产业,在促进当地农民增收、农业增效方面发挥了积极的作用。本文从金乡县辣椒种植、加工入手总结辣椒产业发展现状,分析了当前辣椒产业存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出相应的发展对策,旨在为金乡县辣椒产业发展提供政策和理论依据。

The pepper is rich in vitamin C and other nutrients. The pepper industry is another agriculturalsupporting industry in Jinxiang county. It has played an active role in increasing local farmers＇ income andagricultural efficiency. This paper summarize the development status from the aspects of the planting,processing, problems and advantages of pepper industry in Jinxiang county, and put forward some developmentcountermeasures to the existing problems. The purpose is to provide policy and theoretical basis for thedevelopment of pepper industry in Jinxiang county.
